Solid Cycles for Different Goals ? need help

personally i dont think any of those cycles are for you right now.. if youve been training for 7yrs and your still @ 16% bf your diet is off somewhere.. what are your goals? cut up? bulk up?

At 195 you're probably right but 16% isn't unusual depending on the time of year and your current goals. For instance I'm currently 255 at 16%ish but it's February and I'm currently in bulk/heavy lifting mode, I won't start cutting up for a couple of more months.

That said I got to the 1st "solid first cycle" and stopped reading...

Week 1 to 10: 400mg of Equipiose

LOL, I wouldn't recommend that as a 1st cycle, nor would I personally do EQ by itself (and I love EQ) though I do know people that do it for legitimate reasons.

There are plenty of "Hey bros what should I do for a 1st cycle??" threads on this site, why does no one go read them before posting a question?

im not a big fan of using steroids to cut up.. i think you can get down 10-11% easily on your own with a little work on your diet an some cardio.. and then once youve reached that goal then id throw in a nice test cycle to get your weight up.. other ppl may feel differently.. stick around see what they say..

and it sounds to me like hes been just floating in the gym @ 6ft 195lb 16%bf.. highly doubt hes in any kind of bulk up mode.. probably been that way for awhile and just not pushing the edge.. either way i dont think 400mg of eq for 10weeks is his answer..

You're probably correct, and I agreed 400mg of EQ wasn't his answer maybe my post was confusing but I was responding to his linked cycles... :D All my posts that respond to peoples questions are always related around what has worked for me as i believe that no one can really give someone a concrete answer since what works well for one person may work completely differently for another. Anyway my main point was why does no one read the beginner cycle thread on this site before asking what they should do as a 1st cycle... it gets boringly repetitive.

alright fellas the secret is out-we dont have to hide it anymore-now we can start telling peopl they should use test only for a first cycle
