So I'm nearing the end of week 3 of a prop/parabolin/winny cycle in which I will be kicking in the Winstrol (winny) this sunday. Here's my problem, my diet is very clean, I eat every 3 hours and each meal is about 500 cals-50g protein-30g carbs-2-3g fat...over the past week and half I've started to retain a lot of fat around my mid section, I don't seem very bloated at all, my pumps are great, my energy does dip sometimes but for the most part its high. Is this fat gain estro related or could I be sensitive to carbs? Should I wait till I see what the Winstrol (winny) brings before I cut carbs or start an anti-e? My cycle dosing goes as follows:

Prop- 100mg eod- week 1-10
Parabolin- 50mg e3d week 1-10
Winny- 50mg ed- week 4-10
 
what do you mean alot of fat? If youre eating truly clean, you shouldn't be gaining a lot of fat. But certainly not in a little more than a week.

You sure it ain't just water? If not, why not post up your diet so we can see how 'clean' it is.
 
u just said u eat 50g protien 30g carbs and 2-3g fats per meal.. u also said u eat 500 calories per meal..

doesn't add up...that's about 345 calories... 345 x 6 = 2070 calories.... hummm....
 
Yea your probably right about it being water weight and I'm just being paranoid. Another question would be to you guys is, its nearing end of week 3 and I'm thinking about dropping the parabolin and sticking with prop/clen/win especially since my dose is extremely low anyway, would this dramatically effect my gains that I have and that will have? Oh and sorry about not posting my diet in the first place:
Meal 1- 2 whole eggs, 4 egg white, cup of oatmeal, scoop of protein
Meal 2- 2 4oz chicken breasts, either 1/4 cup of quinoa or cup of brown rice, cup of vegies
Meal 3- protein shake with scoop of carbs
Meal 4- same as meal 2
Meal 5- same as meal 3
Meal 6- 2 cups of kashi go lean cereal(low in fat, high protein, mod carbs) with 2 cups of no fat skim milk
