some diet advice

If anyone has any suggestions on a good diet to drop about 20lbs I would greatly appreciate it..I m 5-7, 195 probably at like 20% body fat..typical stocky wrestler build..my workouts were judo/wrestling 3x per week and some strength training 3x per week...now I just started high reps with short rest periods and added roadwork 4x per week, (3 miles)..I need a diet to complement this..thanks all
 
morning - 1 cup oatmeal, 2 eggs, banana

morning snack - 1/2 cup nuts, apple

afternoon - grilled chicken breasts or tuna w/o mayo (i have a sick tuna recipe btw), 1/2 cup brown rice, a veggie

afternoon snack - maybe a protein shake or anything w/high protein low carb; yogurt and a fruit

dinner time - grilled chicken salad (use a healthier dressing besides caesar), or very lean beaf or lean steak (97% lean beef), baked potato, a veggie

and thats all...you do not want to eat a late snack unless its like peanuts or something
