I have recently started a Test cycle and I want to make the most of it.
I train MMA and lately I have been a hard time finishing my routine after either a jui-jit-so class or kick boxing, in which the cardio is killer. And I have been doing it after because of time schedules.
My questions is; Can i do a 2 day routine, and still make good gains? or should I try to lift first and then train..?
I am currently doing a 2on 1off routine, i have seen in one of the stickys a 2 day routine but does not have back exercies,or leg, what do you think of it? can i add some back exercises to it..?
thank you
Day One:
Dips or Bench Press 2 x 6-8
Incline Press, or incline Fly 2 x 10-12
Military Press, Or Hammer Shoulder Press 2 x 6-8
Tricep (skull crushers) Extensions or Tricep Pushdowns 2 x 10-12
Heavy Abs 3 x 10
Day Two:
Pull-Up 3 sets to failure
Barbell Row 2 x 8
EZ-Bar Or Dumbell Curl 1 x 10
Squats 2 x 10
Deadlifts, or Stiff-Legged Deadlift 1 x 10
