some help with this anavar please?

I need suggestions from EXPERIENCED ladies regarding anavar

First off, I'm new here...so it'd be great to hear from anyone. I specifically joined this site to ask about anavar. Before placing my order and spending a pretty little penny i'd like to do some more research and I figured hearing it straight from some females would be best. i know anavar is supposedly one of the best steroids a women can take, because it doesn't aromatize or bloat you. It sounds too good to be true haha. I've tried Winstrol (winny) and wasn't happy with it, I was an evil bitch while on it and developed acne on my back and shoulders...not fun. Also, I cannot take stimulants because of my anxiety attacks. So I've decided anavar might be my best bet at about 5 mgs a day at first, then build up to 15. My hopes in this is to cut fat and gain definition. I'm planning on doing a figure show next year so I'm not looking for a bulking effect...just to get lean and defined. I know there are tons of girls on here with tons of smarts so I'm waiting to see what you gals can tell me! Thanks

i think you will be very happy with var. start out with 5 mgs a day to assess your tolerance. you may not need to go up to 15mgs during your first cycle. use as little as possible to see results, and train hard while keeping your diet clean. you won't believe the changes! what are your stats and training split?

Right now I'm 5'5 150....I've gained quite a bit of muscle in my legs...I've put on probably 5 pounds of muscle in the last month and a half....at least it seems. I'm in the gym twice daily. I go in the am around 9 for an hour of cardio, then I go back and train with my trainer in the evenings and do another thirty minutes. Thats my regimine right now until I get the var, then its hard core training. My diet consists mainly of three shakes(I'm trying Muscle Milk this time I got tired of low carb ultra met) and two meals, i'm pretty concious about my protein intake and I try to stay away from carbs, although I do get a portion of them at each meal. (no white) Whatcha think? Shit I'm glad someone finally commented haha I was getting worried....thanks a ton badkitty. ;-)
 
for instance....in a meal I'll eat, a chicken breat(mostly always- I LOVE CHICKEN haha) and some sort of veggie(asparagus and brocolli are my favs) and a plain sweet potato. Thats it....I mean, thats an example of what i'll usually eat. I never drink sweet tea or sodas or shit like that so thats not a problem. I'll admit that once a week or maybe once in a couple weeks i'll have a cheat day which I'll allow myself some icecream or something. But that pretty much sums up my meals for the day excluding the shakes. whatcha think badkitty?
Thanks dadawg! This is probably a stupid question but should i not have my picture up there? haha I tend to be naive sometimes....
 
looks like you are right on ;) you may want to try and add in some good carbs like oatmeal with your shake in the morning, or maybe some tuna or tilapia for more protein... and having your picture up is not a problem; you look great!

Sorry, I may have missed it: what are your goals. More mass, less mass, toned, world piece, etc.

Sounds like you have a good plan going at the moment. I can tell you that getting closer to your desired goal before starting the anavar will be your best bet. I personally loved the VAR and had great results, but if you tend to put on muscle easier already and have a harder time getting leaner. I would suggest getting the hard part outta the way prior to starting your cycle. The Var will allow you to maintain your muscle mass and give you a more defined and developed look. For me the harder part is always losing the last little bit of bf as opposed to gaining the last bit of muscle!!!

yeah I've always had a problem with the leaning down...gaining muscle definitely has never been a problem for me. I wish it was the other way around though. I put my body through torment to lose even 2% body fat...i'm glad you girls helped me out. I'd still like to chat about it more though....barbiestar, what side effects did you have, if any? I know it might cause some nausea which sucks, but I hope its nothing like Winstrol (winny) because i didn't have a good time with that. So, does anyone think i should do something different with the diet other than adding more fiberous carbs (i.e. oatmeal) when I do start my anavar?

I really just want to make sure I won't bulk up with this stuff...I want a lean look. I know anavar only AIDS in losing bf with a clean diet and adequate cardio. How sure are ya'll that i'll be happy with this to lean me out and add hella definition?

I used Anavar and had no idea at the time what it would do; I was already injecting Winstrol which was doing some great things, but the Anavar stripped ever bit of fat off of me, and I saw muscle definition like never before.

From what you have said about your regime and physique, I think you will love Anavar. Just don't make the mistake I made ... work out beforehand how long you're going to take it for, and stick to it. I am sure somebody with more experience will give you further advice, but as far as leaning your body out and providing you will definition, in my opinion, Anavar is going to be the best friend you ever met :)
 
Just what I want to hear H2O....I'm excited about this shit but I'll be honest...taking stuff always makes me nervous, whether its gear or benadryl haha But I think I'm going to be happy with this...the hardest part for me is the diet...I LOVE food. Also, being so young makes me wonder how it'll effect me differently...not that it will, but I wonder. I'm only 18...I've actually started pondering growth, but I don't think it'd be a good idea. Anavar sounds exactly what I need. Thanks for your suggestions H2O...

Welcome to ology ......Lets see where to begin hummmmm....well If you eat clean and keep your training as it seems at the top of this you will not bulk on VAR... I do agree with kitty adding oatmeal maybe even some brown rice to your diet like 1 cup cooked.
Sides....well girlie all I can tell you is that if you are goin to play the game you need to be prepared for any sides that can occur. Not to say that they will however remember that the higher the dose the more of a risk you take. MORE IS NOT BETTER...Since you have never done this before I suggest that you stay at 5mg for 3-4 weeks to see how you tolorate this.

No one can be sure that you will be happy because we are all different, but what I can say is I know of several women who LOVE this stuff would'nt think of running a cycle without it.
Sides that can occur..facial hair,,enlargened labia,,heightened sexual arousal what else oh yeah and acne.. Believe that the higher the dose the more chance you have of these sides and also the longer you are on it at high doses like 20-25mg ED. I do not think the horney part of this is a problem personally. Yet we can all do without the rest. If I can help you with any other questions please let me know...DS
 
It sounds like you have a similar bodytype to mine!! Hard as hell to get the leanness but suer easy to build muscle. Like I said, work your ass of to get you bf down, lots of cardio and high intensity plyometric training, and of course following a clean diet. I would suggest keeping the carbs in for the first while of you training program. Then tapering them out later in the day. Also, lots and lots of H2O, and sleep!!

I would suggest starting the anavar 8-10 weeks before the show. I really can't say I had any bad sides. My body is pretty good about adapting, the only side I got was increased libido!! ( My boyfriend loved this one) ;)

Firstly, I would suggest getting a clean diet and following it strictly, and doing enough cardio and weights. It's always easier to put on the mucles and harder to lose the bf, which is what the clean diet and proper workouts will allow.

After reading how old you are, I would suggest not taking anything until you are a bit older. Your body will go through so many natural changes you don't want to mess with that.

... you're like me then regarding appetite ... mine is enormous. I don't know about anyone else and I've read conflicting things regarding Anavar, some say that it can supress appetite, some say it increases appetite. I found it made me want to eat the whole time, to the point that I felt obsessed about food. In the end I actually took an appetite suppresant alongside it and this worked great for me. Not sure what others will say about that though. So, if you do have a good appetite you may want to bear this in mind before you start, be prepared to fight increased food cravings and keep your diet clean and timely. Personally speaking, I think you are too young to be even contemplating steroid use, but I'm sure you've made up your mind. My two cents: I think that you should just try and tap in to what you have naturally before you even consider roids. The thought behind this is that you have many many years of work outs before you and it seems a shame for you to jump on to drug use without seeing what your body will do on it's own naturally with diet, hard training and time. Just something for you to think about ... seriously and logically.
 
I would have to agree with H20 on this one, especially in regards to the increased appetite. I thought this was just me... but now that you bring that up, I would definetley say I was always hungry. H20 , would you mind sharing what suppressor you used?

Also, be aware of the post cycle therapy (pct) that you should follow after the comp/ var... there is an awesome post on here that I thinnk I started, but supergirl definetly finished!!!!

Sorry, I should have said. Phentermine! It's known as a diet drug, but not wanting to dress it up, it's similar to an amphetamine. It stimulates the central nervous system (nerves and brain), which increases your heart rate, blood pressure and decreases your appetite.

I've used this drug for years and for me it really works to help me control my appetite. If anyone decides to use it for the first time, you may find it hard to get to sleep at first, be prepared and maybe have some form of sleep aid readily at hand until your body adjusts to it.
 
Is everyone real opposed to me taking gear?....like I said, I did the winstrol, clen and t3 cycle already but didn't get much out of the winstrol, and I came to realize stimulants don't work well with me. I'm eager to start this anavar and have done quite a bit of research on it for myself. Can someone tell me what problems I might run into being so young and taking a cycle of anavar?? Thanks girls...

REALLY?? how so?? who are these some? Oxandrin (BTG) aka anavar is prescribed to cancer patients to aid in the prevention of muscle wasting and to increase their appetite...

Next to eq, Anavar (var) stimulates the appetite quite a bit!!

Drinking alot of water helps to curb the appetite a bit... Fiber also helps fill you up so you don't eat as much at each sitting and slows down digestion so you don't get as hungry as often... i personally drink coffee which tends to help me not eat as much but i tolerate caffeine really well..

Also i know this sounds whacked, but don't chew gum.. It stimulates your appetite immediately!

To answer your "am i old enough question" The thing with Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) and age is that you really have not reached your genetic full potential... You are not fully done growing actually believe it or not until about age 20.. your bones are fully grown when they fuse together at the growth plate. The reason most women YOUR age (puberty til about 20) have higher percentages of bodyfat is because in order to "fuse" your bones together and complete the growth cycle, the body releases an enormous amount of estrogen which is responsible for this fusion and completion of growth.. Steroids can cause stunted growth and possibly prevent the fusion/completion of growth... (steroids lower estrogen levels in women)
I used to call my extra cushion my babyfat still :) and most of my younger clients still have babyfat at age 18.. Me personally did not see my abs until 25. The other concern is organ growth or overgrowth.. Not necessarly with low doses and probably the fear or cause for concern is for those who use and abuse and don't exhibit moderation... Also exogenous hormones can cause endogenous shutdown BUT this is in very rare cases.

so, since you have done Winstrol (winny) already, Anavar (var) is less androgenic and should be better tolerated... imo Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) should aid in blowing past plateaus or for a competitive edge. If you feel you are ready and you are fully aware of the pros and cons, then do what you feel is best for yourself.. do NOT allow anyone else to make the decision for you nor steer you in either direction.. If you are satisfied with your height ;) or if your bones have already fused (only a doctor can tell you that through xrays btw) then go for it...
