some pics of progress with 3J bulk currently happening

Hey all! Heres a little transformation before and during / current pics of my progress with my bulk with 3J. The image on left is just before starting with 3J , I was on keto diet which leaned me well but shot my lipids out of proportion. I contacted 3J, signed up and got to work. There was a few month break in between due to relocating for work and once settled started hammering again. The weight difference in the pics is 207 on left and just about 238 on right ( 31 lbs ) . Currently at 244 lbs and heading toward 250. I am 5' 9" and loving it, feel awesome working with 3J. I cant say enough good about him and his programs, the progress says it all. We are gonna get to 250 and hold then time to shred it up and see whats underneath. Thanks for looking and if you havent used 3J look into it, you wont be disappointed.
