Spaceman`s Lean Mass cycle (1st)

Finally after years of training and several months reading about steroids, and getting help from experienced steroid users I feel it`s time to do my first cycle.
I`m 29 years, been training from the age of 18, started at around 175lbs @15% bfat (i`m 6 foot 7 , so you can imagine hehe!). In my last bulk (naturally i ended 262Lbs at 18.5% bfat). I did an 7 week diet and i`m currently at 6 foot 7, 242Lbs , 12-14% bfat.

A lot of people are not going to agree with this cycle but i`m gona give it a try. Gonna run it 12-14 weeks, have enough gear for 15 weeks :

*Testoveron 500mg/10 days (Test E)
*HCG 500iu`s starting with 3rd injection (24Hrs prior to Testoveron injection)
*Clomid 50mg Days 1-14 (not PCT)
*Proviron 75mg From Days 15-Last day of cycle
*Nolvadex 10mg EOD from day 14 or as neccessary

Might also be using :Orimeten Starting day21-35 (2 days on 2 days off, Repeat every 2 weeks), What do u think of this?

PCT will consist of ; hcg/nolva/arimidex/25mcg t3/40mcgclen/orimiten

2 whey 400mls skimmed milk

100 grams Lean Pork
Lettuce+tomato+fat free cheese and mayo

40 whey isolate + 80Dextrose+Electrolytes etc...

1/2 cup oats + 3 eggwhites + 1 egg microwaved
250mls skimmed milk

1 small tuna in oil
1 hard boiled egg
25grams mixed nuts
1 scoop whey

6.30pm
250 grams steak/salmon/turkey/chicken
1 cup spinach
1 TbSP peanut butter

9.00
25 grams mixed nuts
100 grams cottage cheese

11.00
3 scoops caesin protein
1 TBSP Flax


405Protein; 370Carbs; 108fats (37 mono, 37poly, 33sat)

20mins morning walking 3XWeek

Mon : Chest&Abs
Tue : Bi&Tri
Wed: Thighs&Calves
THU: Off
Fri : Back&Trapz
Sat: Shoulders&Abs&Calves
Sun: OFF

Goals: Adding 7-10kILOS of quality muscle with minimal bloat
Increase: Upper Chest, calves , shoulders

Will do my first inject May 13th

What r your opinions?

i cant believe thats all you eat. if i was 6 fuckin 7 and 250, small children would not be safe

im not sure if you are or not, but have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand. testoviron bloats me pretty bad.

haha in my last bulk I ate between 5500-6000 calories and ended up 262lbs ...
Right now i`m cutting.. eating around 2500 cals. I`m gona start with 4000 and increase calories according to my weight gain.. Trying to gain lean muscle instead of fat, but it will be hard eating only 4000 calories.

I`ve got arimidex in hand in case of bloatness

What cycle did u do ?

in the picture for my avatar i had never run anything. im 6'1 about 206 there (28 y/o). I have run one cycle of superdrol since then (middle last year), which i gained a few pounds (10) then lost it all :druggie: after pulling my tricep bad.
ive been wanting to jump into some real shit, just trying to get everything together and verify a source that seems too good to be true. i will most likely just run 500mg test E a week though, keepin it simple. :rockband:

Oh I didn't even catch that. Well those 2 things aren't the smartest idea imo but they aren't completely outrageous either. Best of luck on the cycle bro!
 
The time has come!

A friend injected me 250 in my left and 250 on my right glute. Virtually painless, pain : 2/10, more discomfort then pain!

If my ass in not that sore i will inject myself in the thighs as it is more easier to manage.

Current stats : 6 foot 7; 246Lbs @13-14% bfat
Training : for over 10 yeas, and this is my first cycle

Goals to increase some overall mass while remeaining @14%. especailly, calves, upper chest and shoulders.

Will run a cycle in a years time to retain muscle while cutting with a low dose of t3


Maybe i`ll add some winstrol at the end not sure!

Calves : 17"
Waist : 38" (was 41" 7 weeks ago!)

Holy Hell! What an awesome starting point for first time on gear! At 6-7 you got a lot of mass already. If you do cut some more fat off while only adding a little bit more muscle mass you are going to look great.

I would guess you are already pretty strong. But I realize the long levers are miserable for strength. I am only 6-1 and my long arms limit my upper body strength.

Thanks mate.. I am using this cycle to try and remain with the same bodyfat while gaining some lean mass (was never possible for me while trying to do it natural)

Strenght wise i consider myself strong on some exercises like Barbell Rows, Standard deadlift and leg press but then i consider myslef average on exercises like benchpress. I use heavy compound movements, short workouts (30-45mins max) for my routine. These are typicall weights i use:

Leg press : 760 X4 reps
Deadlift(sumo) : 400X 4 Reps
Dbell curls : 55X3
Bentover Barbell Rows : 230X8
Bench press : 240X10; 300X3 (here is where i suck)

I always use strict form while exercising. and that is also a reason why my poundages are extremely high!

This is day2 ... Everything is normal. Eating 4k calories, will increase accoringly

There are alot of misconceptions on weather to use the steroid`s half life or shoot for example like u said every 5 days..

A lot of my friends have experimented with both; and they have seen no real differnces.

I`ll assess my mood changes/strenght changes/sides etc... and will evaluate from there. For now i`m gona shoot every 10days, but in the future i might change to like u said every 5 days,

It`s day 3 here; nothing much to write about, the ass soreness has gone and i`m thinking of injecting in my thighs on my next shot.

With that current injection schedule your blood levels of the compound will definitely be fluctuating quite a bit. But hey, there's nothing like personal experience. Let us know how it goes.
 
Week1 ..

My penis is slighty more sensitive.. i dont know how to explain LOL (i`m doing 14 days on clomid, before changing to proviron @75mg on week 3)
I`m recovering faster after workouts.. I used to feel drained at night but now i feel good

Today (day 7) I feel stonger!! The poundages i used to lift feel lighter.. strange!

Weight 242, 250 (+8lbs thanks to food )

Will post photos as soon as i see visible improvemet in my physique.

Sounds about right for the first week. The changes in strength are real. I would guess you can already see a little improvement in the mirror too, even though it's way to early to see any increases in size.
 
day 10, Injected 250testoviron in each thigh.. This was my first self inject.. it was painless. Next time will try 500testoviron in one inject.

I`m feeling good at the gym, libido is still high. I can feel something in me which gives me that extra push. RECOVERY is unbelievable!
I train hard, but in the evening i feel guilty because i feel so good as opposed to darained when i was natural.

Weighing 252 today
