For the stats...
biceps 19" finally, i started 18.25"
added 4cm to my thighs and an unbelievable 3cm to my forearm!
I added 28lbs so far..
strenght is up:
Benchpress +40lbs
Legpress +120LBS (i`m pressing 800X6)
Deadlift +40Lbs (currently 3X340Lbs)
