OK I'm taking 4 weeks off to let my shoulder rest and heal cuz I jacked it up again.....trust me it sucks. Im on my 2nd week off. Now my cardio is the same (every other day). I stretch all muscle groups thoroughly everyday. Always taken multi vitamins, and I have even upped my protien intake to hold onto as much muscle as possible, and lowered my carbs a bit.
Anywhere between 5 to 10 times a day I get muscle spasms, mostly in my triceps and pecs, they last for like 30 seconds or so, I stretch and they keep pulsating.... heheh it actually looks and feels pretty cool, but it's not.
I've taken time off twice before and I never experienced spasms or nothing like this. Has anyone ever had these, or know how to get rid of them. Or even what the hell is causing them? Maybe my upper body is in some kind of shock because I am not pumping them everday like I have been for the last 5 years give or take a few months off here and there.
