How do you dose it? I got the 5% cream but it doesn't have directions. I'm just applying after a shower. I just apply it to the front hairline, that's he only part I'm worried about.

Ditto! Also to be honest w/you I didn't notice to much help from the spiro.! But like everything else you might react differently to it!
