Splitting small t3 dose

I just got some t3 and i plan on running about 40-50mcg. Ive read its best to split the dose, but its a huge pain in the ass since its 200mcg per ml. Would it be safe to dilute it with tap water so i dont have to measure out .05 ml every dose?
 
There is no need to split it. for 40mcg you would just draw .2 ML. Every notch on a 1 ML Oral syringe is 20 mcg.
 
lol yeah i just do all of it on an empty stomach in the morning. I have done splitting it but best time for me is morning since i'm in a fasted state. Otherwise I probably have food in my stomach.
 
Some guys feel a bit off the first week taking a dose over 20-25 mcgs so you could start with 20 and move up to 40 after a week as this is a common prescribing practice using T3.

ive been feeling pretty burned out from ephedrine already, so I'll probably start at 25mcg.

on another note, is ~375 test a week enough to stave off the catabolism? I feel like it's blown way out of proportion, esp. since I eat 9 meals a day. I'm really just worried about getting flat. I'm using the t3 now while I cut up and reverse some gyno, but I am planning on staying on a bit of it for my upcoming cycles since I tend to get little chubby

Yes, 375mg T weekly is fine. We have science using 200mg T weekly with 50 mcg's T3 daily that showed a pretty positive effect in regards to LBM. With regular protein in your diet you should be just fine brother. I don't tend to flatten out until I get up to 75 mcg's T3 daily unless my diet is causing it. When I refeed or load carbs usually I look very full even at 60 mcg's T3 daily.

ok thanks for the solid info. I was really a bit confused because it seems like everyone has something else to say. I even read that upping carbs cannot counter the flatness?? or maybe that's just a sign that the dose is a bit too high. I think I'm good to go now though.

well, as usual I had to learn the hard way and I started at 40mcg. Day 2 and I noticed I'm sweating a lot and the dreaded lack of pump and a bit of flatness. Going down to 20mcg. This stuff is strong. Might also be 2.5 mg of letro kicking in as its day 14

Make sure you're drawing correctly. Honestly, if you can't handle 40mcg, T3 is not for you. 20 to 30mcg doses will do absolutely nothing.
 
yeah thats what I figured. The only side is that I'm not looking full (is 100 carbs too little for cutting on t3?

I was considering just using it while I bulk
 
ok well I discontinued the t3 5-6 days ago because it made look terrible and i couldnt get a pump. Trouble is I'm still flat. I've loaded carbs several times and my arms look way less full and I can't get a good arm workout in for beans. How is this possible?

For guys who use t3, how long does it take for you to "re-inflate"?
 
I've been on T3 at 40mcg ED for like 2 weeks. It does make you have that flat look, just have to eat a ton of carbs. Im consuming around 400-450 carbs a day. But do you really care about the flat look all that much, what is the purpose behind using the t3 anyways?
 
u kidding?! flat muscles suck, plus they make training a complete schlep. Fullness is back now though

yeah i eat 100 carbs, not 400-450 so u can imagine...
