First Dosage Today - Report

*So took pre workout today, nothing to report back as of yet. Taste was a bit bitter and may take some getting used to. Will continue to take pre workout approx 45-60 mins before workout and keep everyone posted on results. Each week with a weigh in and measurements to report any loses.

Yes, the taste is something that takes acquiring...I have used SARMs for a few years now and still have yet to aquire it! LOL I use a children's oral medicine dropper and put the SARM at the back of my tongue. It is not so bad way back there.

Following along with your log, expect great things from it, especially in the endurance department. For me, it took a week to kick in but then it also lasted a week after I stopped using it.

It takes a week for me to feel any effects from SARMs as well, but then it lasts a week after I stop too, so nothing lost.
