Sprained Wrist

Hi

Ten days ago i was playing basketball and dove for the ball and fell injuring my awrist.

My wrist is still quite sore to the point where i can not lift weights -specifically all pressing movements hurt . I´m currently on a cycle
600mg wk Test enth and i´m wondering if it is hindering the recovery of my tendons.

is there any thing i can do to heal faster


things to note

taking 3.5gm of glucosamine(sp?) a day
.5 mg of adex every 5 day
600 mg test a week ( half way through wk 7)
