SP's on/off-season log

So I had a emergency trip to the dentist this morning:(

The top/back of one side of my mouth was bugging me for the last few weeks and it started to get worse on the weekend but for the last few days i've been trying to make an appt but they were closed monday and remembrance day...

It started REALLY bugging me after pounding my BCAAs after the gym yesterday, I tried to sleep as soon as I got home after work but then woke up last night because my mouth was killing me

Luckily my dentist got me in this morning, I guess somehow I broke a piece of one of the big molars off in the back of my mouth & the nerve was exposed through the hole...he showed me a picture it was seriously a hole...

So my evening sucked, night sucked and today I got a surprise root canal! Waaahhhhhh lol.

And now I'm at work :(

May hit the gym for weights today or I may take my first actual rest day since the show oct 11th...time will tell!

Regarding the abdominal/bellybutton abcess/infection: the infection/swelling/whatever is mostly gone; I just feel a small bump under there now so I took a few updated photos to show my Movember mustache/beard progress mostly...no promises about boner or not situation, if you're easily offended don't fucking look: nov 13 - >1month after competition - Imgur

Thanks sabre. I wanted to stay in shape for mexico in a few weeks, and I feel like being on PCT isn't an excuse to let things to go to shit so with 3J's help we've kept things tight diet wise, gym is still going well and a bit of cardio to 'prep' for the beach.

Obviously tougher to look stage ready on PCT but a guy can try :)

Thanks bro. Easy to be critical of oneself though; I look & notice my ab veins are wayyy less visible, lower abs less defined, vertical cut is missing...all the things you get excited about when they come in and sad when they disappear lol.

It's ok though...going to grow like a weed this winter and come in leaner, dryer and freakier next time :)

15min cardio warmup
yates row - four sets, end with dropset
superset barbell curl - three sets
supinated row - four sets
superset one arm DB curl - three sets
deads - heavy, four sets
superset machine row - medium grip, three sets
chinup - three sets
superset decline weighted situp - four sets w/ 45lb plate
seated row - two sets

45min LISS - incline cardio

Had some errands to run & took a pretty epic nap, then to the gym...

Sat - delts - 10-12 reps
internal/external shoulder rotation - three sets each, per arm
superset hanging leg raise - four sets
seated DB raise - three sets, end with dropset
smith behind the neck press - three sets, end with strip/dropset
lateral DB raise - three sets, end with dropset
superset smith shrugs - heavy, in front - three sets
front DB raise - three sets
superset smith shrugs - behind the back - three sets
rear delt/cable pull aparts - three dropsets
 
I'm intrigued SP... If this is your road to 230... why so much CV?

Prepping for the beach in 12 days right now; just doing a little extra cardio for that.

Will be going on cycle when I return, if bloodwork is good...and might need to start a new thread because I'm targetting 240+ (for 220 stage weight in 2015)

Sometimes I do yeah. I often prefer to kickstart long esters with short-estered versions of the same AAS as well, for example

1-8 testE 250mg EOD (875/wk)
1-8 EQ 300mg EOD (1050/wk)
1-3 EQ-ace 150mg EOD (525/wk)
1-4 sdrol 30mg ED

9-13 testE 375mg EOD (1313/wk)
9-12 EQ 300mg EOD (1050/wk)
9-13 drol 100mg ED

14 nothing, let long esters and serum levels start dropping off

15-16 testP 75mg ED
15-16 EQ-Ace 75mg ED

17-20 OFF (HCG/peptides/torem)
...

And so forth...that's the first bulk phase I have planned for this winter

This thread had a bulk then a cut (prep), a competition and a PCT already...now I'm basically treading water trying to stay close to contest shape for mexico until hitting the gas again in December :)
