Squats ONLY for leg day?

i know this isnt my journal or anything, but i just did 8 sets of squats only....didnt get pumped ... but definately anhilated ... interesting i didnt feel it much till i tried walking up my stairs

that shit was hard...plus adding in the fact that 315 is the most i've achieved...i added 2 more reps to it for a PR...THAT's when the rest got hard haha
 
Next time try warming up correctly and then going directly on heavy weights! stay somewhere between 4-6reps.. 10 sets.. then stiffed deads for 3-4sets of 8-10 reps i promise you youll be dead the day after!
 
ohhh...and i'm kinda afraid of doing sldl's when i already to conventional 1x/wk....sounds like overkill....but i'm no guru
 
Since I have only 7 months training, I never did squats before (I did Hack squat, in the machine). I started today doing squats all the way down. That thing killed me. I didn't have nothing left for leg curls... I've never felt my legs so weak after a workout. Let's see how I feel tomorow. :rolleyes:
