When I do squats i get an intense headache. It goes away quickly after I finish my sets. Is this ok or normal......

pay attention and see if your holding your breath to long , start to exhale SLOWLY as you drive up to lockout.

I used to have problems like severe nausea or deafened hearing in one of my ears after doing squats. I discovered that sugar solved the problem when that occurred, but it has been a long time since that last happened, now.

Ya I am running a TEST e - Deca cycle. My blood pressure is a bit a high during this cycle as well. Was 139 at the pharmacy yesturday...

a kind of hypoglycemia thus.
I had the same singular symptoms dear friendl.
And as our friend Dawdog suggests, A good position of the chest makes better oxygenated, and then, with a suffisent sugar level are , I didn't get this disadvantage anymore.

in addition don't you think than the higher person suffers more easily from giddiness when they practises squats?
