Do most of u recommend squatting strickly below parallel?? Or, do u mix it up and do some parallel and some below parallel?? I started squatting pretty much ass to ankles and had to drop a shit load of weight and am wondering if I got as much out of my workout cuz I'm not lifting nearly as much anymore? Its only been a day after my workout, but I'm not all that sore either, maybe I will be tomorrow though. What do u suggest??
