I've taken this before, several years ago. It was recommended and bought for me as Winstrol. I took it with Clenbuterol if I remember correctly. I'm thinking about taking it again by itself. I haven't worked out regularly in a while, but I'd like to add some size and strength in the next few months. I'm thinking of only taking it for about 4 weeks. I'm about 160-165 lbs, how many mg's should I take a day? I'm thinking about 20 mg's, is this not enough, too much? Will it even be effective by itself?
