Started 3J's diet plan 12/17... Continuous updates and photos..

So after midnight mass I had marinated mushrooms n peppers n the sodium made the scale say 244 today..

I am sick to my stomach

stick to the diet and stuff like this will not happen... your diet is very very sensitive to cheats... keep away from them..

those marintaed mushrooms and peppers prob had a shit ton of sodium and oil in it

I haven't deviated from the diet once. But my wife's family is croation/Italian.. I was literally forced to eat.. Won't happen again..
 
I will def be following this log and might start my own log here. I just have to email 3J's questionaire back and will be on my way!
 
I feel your pain 3rd. I started 3j diet a couple weeks ago and went down like a dollar hooker on xmas eve and lost def and gained a shit ton of water in 2 days of course I added booze to my fall...keep at it!
 
Ok so everything is back on track..

Weight this morning is 237.6
Started last Monday at 245..

Stomach at BB -- 38 1/2 -- 37
Waist 40 -- 39 1/4
Biceps 14 1/2 -- 14 1/2
Thighs 26 -- 24 1/4
calves 17 1/2 -- 17
Forarm 13 1/4 -- 12 3/4

Only body part I havent dropped in measurements is my Biceps..
