Hey guys, haven't been on here in quite a while, but thought I would ask this question here.

I noticed that at age 37, and on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for approximately 2 years, my feet have started to grow. At leat my right foot has. Noticed my shoe getting tighter. Didn't think much of it, but went to buy some new ones, and my normal size does not fit. Tried a few different brands and all the same. Any one else have this experience?

Thanks.

It's got to be water retention. Check you blood pressure it is a good indicator of elevated estrogen and water retention.

Not trying to hijack the thread, but was interested by DPR's comment. So, HBP is an indicator of elevated estrogen and water retention? Havent heard this before. I've been on atenolol, blood pressure med, for a few months to try and lower my blood pressure, but nothing has really worked. I've increased my potassium, gave up soda, started eating clean, started working out again and have greatly reduced my caffeine intake. I just got bloodwork 10 minutes ago, and I'm really interested to see if there may be a correlation that could be helped by an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Thanks.

Thanks guys. I have been fightng really high blood pressure lately. Never really thought of that as a cause. I think my estrogen is in check. I am on Arimidex. I take a total of 1 mg week. I have my estrogen checke regularly. I am in the bottom third of normal. I wonder if I should up my dose. I noticed that if I have much more I have really sore knees. I am on blood thinners, diaretics and something that is supposed to limit my heart rate. I am still 160/89 on my blood pressure. This is quite concerning to say the least. MY test levels are 29 on a scale that ranges from 10.5-29.5. I am bang on the top end. MY blood pressure has not changed since I was approx 20 on my test level.

I am really interested in any help with this. Now that I put it in perspective, foot size really is a non issue.

Thanks

I'm not so sure how much estrogen raises blood pressure. I had my blood pressure taken a while back on cycle and I was carrying about 7-8 pounds of water (no Aromatase inhibitor (AI) at the time, wanted the water for joint lubrication) and no shit my BP was 95/54. That's really fucking low, although low BP does run in my family. I have a picture of it on my phone too.

What's your hematocrit at? I don't have any facts for this, but am just theorizing that could affect your blood pressure.
