Started my First Cycle

Started my first cycle last night.

I decided as it is my first, I would go with Test E 300 at 1ml per week, broken down as follows:

0.5ml Monday
0.5ml Thursday


I know people said to run 500 mg per week but for my first time I am happy with 300mg.

I will keep you updated as to how I get on

How long are you running it? Do you have a post cycle therapy (pct) planned? Do you have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand?

If so, and you know how to eat - good luck and keep us posted!

Have everything organised. Between help from you guys on the forum and two friends of mine, I am good to go.


Took my time before first pin (over a year) between getting my diet as good as I possible could and getting advice and confirming and reconfirming what everyone has told me, I am happy.

Pinned my right quad first. To be honest was surprised how simple, easy and pain free it was.
Quad is still a little tender thought!

You're going to feel tenderness after quad injections. With only .5mL of gear it's not going to be so bad. If you push 2mL, in my experience, it's a bit like a charlie horse when you're starting out.

Do you have two bottles of that test 300? You might find after 6 weeks you might want to go with 1mL per shot on the same schedule. You WILL grow with only 300mg/week, but it's not going to be as pronounced.
 
I just got one bottle but can get a second, no problem if I do up the dose.

Would the shoulder or glute be a better area for quick recovery?
 
I dunno, I've always liked thigh. Glute is the least painful and can accomodate the most volume. Shoulder can accomodate the least. I rotate thigh, shoulder, thigh, shoulder.

Second pin just done. It was third time lucky into the thigh. First two attempts was sore as I tried to get the pin into the muscle.

Exactly, Sean why are you taking 300mg a week. Up is to 500 before its too late please. All your doing is shutting down your system for 12 weeks and are not getting barely anymore test in your system than natty.

A 300mg a week dosage is a matainence dosage for cruising, or the dose you use when your taking tren or something like that. Your wasting money and sacrificing your health for nothing buddy, just up it to 500 and all is good.

I am no expert on this and have been trying to take all the advice I could get.

I did do lots of ground work before I decided to cycle and the lad I got the Test from, when I asked him for two 10ml bottles to do 500Mg for 10 weeks, said I would be better on the do 3000mg for the first cycle.

If you want to do 300mg a week, then do 300mg a week.

Obviously you came to understand that was the right thing to do for yourself. Plus its more then 3x the amount of test as you naturally produce. You're fine dude.
 
Second pin was into my left quad on Thursday. Went for a 40 min run today (Sat), now my quad is a sore as F&$K.

Wont make that mistake for a while!!!

With more injections into the muscles, will it get less sore or will a cycle be one sore muscle after another??

Is the ass less painful?

My cycle is going well. I find injecting into the glute the best.
The only problem that I have is that I am waking up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep. This has been happening for the last 2 weeks.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes sometimes have a hard time sleeping can be a symptom, but it may be tied to diet or workout times.
Good luck on running your first cycle.
what are your current stats and goals?

300mg/week may be fine 500mg/week is better.

Have you had bloodwork done yet?
Running 300mg/week to see how you body reacts on your first cycle is not bad, but once again this comes done to what your goals are as well as your current stats.

Also do you have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand?

I suppose the easiest way to explain it is like this @ 300 your gonna be a dog sniffing everything and maybe even chasing cars
@500 you gonna be like a blind jackrabbit it wont matter if its a pig or a squirrel your gonna get busy!

My stats are as follows:
Age 34
Weight 97Kg
BF: 17%

My goal is to put on up to 5 - 10 KG. I am thinking of upping my cycle to 500mg from 300mg per week.

I do my workout after work at about 7pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday and in the morning on Saturday.

An example of my diet is as follows:

Meal 1:

2 cups of Oatmeal, 2 full eggs, 5 egg whites and orange juice.

Meal 2 & 4

100 grams of Brown rice/Pasta boiled chicken breast/Steak, mixed salad with olive oil

Meal 3

Tuna, 1 cup of green veg, brown pasta/Protein Shake

Meal 5 - Pre Workout

Kinetica Oat Gain

Meal 6 - Post Workout

Protein shake, banana, Peanut Butter

Meal 7 - Before Bed

Cottage cheese & can of Tuna

Flax Seed oil an Multi Vits

If anyone can see anything in my diet that might cause me to have a crap night's sleep, you might advice!
 
Lads,

I have now finished week 5 of 300mg per week. As said above, for the first 3- 4 weeks, my sleep pattern was all over the shop and I was ready to hump the neighbors cats and dogs.

My sleeping has now improved and I no longer want to hump the cat and dog......

Is it a case that my body has now got used to the addition Test?
Should I increase the dose?

As said above my reason for doing the 300mg was:
1. First cycle
2. wanted to see how my body reacted to Test E.
 
U have finished week 5, how has your strength and body weight changed? If the difference is minimal, up the dose. If that doesn't work, you're running bunk gear (straight oil).
