started trt second inject

My urologist started me on 200mg of depot testosterone weeky. I feel great, i get serious wood in the morning, almost hurts, its so hard. I have not started any dose of armidex yet. My estridiol was extremely low when i had it chked. I did sensitive labcore test and came back 5, 3-70pgml. normal. I can tell a difference in my crossfit, I am getting my armidex tomorrow . I inject the 200mg on Wednesday. What would a good start be for armidex dose. I was thinking 1/4mg day of shot and 1/4mg 3 days after. let me know what you think.

hmm well that's a high starting dose. Most start on 100mgs. You should definitely split your dosage into 2x100mgs per week if you can. 100mgs a week puts me at a 976 test level. 200mgs put me at 1700 which is way too high to sustain for life. I would start with a lower dosage because you probably wont even need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on 2X 50mgs per week.
Most will say you shouldn't start an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) till you have the blood work and symptoms to prove your estrogen is too high. Obviously you're trying to take pre-cautions early.
Best to start low, say .25mg E3D

I agree. Split your 200mg into two 100mg injections every 3.5 days. That will even your TT out and help keep E2 under control.

You may not need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). You shouldn't start taking until until you have a lab test confirming that your E2 is too high. You E2 is currently too low which can have serious health consequences if left like that for too long.

Doc said he doesnt do blood test for testosterone levels he only goes by how you feel. He said 200mg was good. He would reduce if acne become a problem. He doesnt want me doing injections twice a week. He said theres no need, most people do 1 injection every 2 weeks.

When did this doc go to med school? Should a diabetic go by feel or use a meter to check glucose levels? Or should the guy with hypertension go by feel or measure his blood pressure to see how the medication is working? Go by feel with your heart or check cholesterol.

This has to be one of the stupidest things I have ever heard. You really should consider a new doctor.

I strongly encourage you to learn as much as you possibly can about testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) so you can help manage your treatment. You need to become an expert. There is a lot of good information on this forum and we are here to help you too if you have questions.

If he refuses to run labs and you want to stay with him because he wrote a script, you can get your own labs done. Read about Private MD - Buy Lab Tests Online in the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) stickies.

What is your docs reasoning for not running lab tests on testosterone? I've read a lot of ridiculous things on this board but that might just take the cake...If he's going to prescribe the meds, then he needs to do the follow-up checks to make sure you're in the right range. He's literally playing a dangerous game with your health by not running labs.
