I'm doing prop,tren,anavar,test cyp I'm trying to get as big as I can while staying lean as possible! I'm scared to do cardio because I feel like I won't grow! Not sure if I should be doing high reps with heavy weight or doing heavy weight low reps...I'm confused! I know George St. Pierre will do 3 heavy pull ups with 90 lbs doubles then he goes into medicine ball slams for 10 so hes doing heavy stuff but finishing off with explosive movments!
