Starting a cycle need a good routine...

I'm doing prop,tren,anavar,test cyp I'm trying to get as big as I can while staying lean as possible! I'm scared to do cardio because I feel like I won't grow! Not sure if I should be doing high reps with heavy weight or doing heavy weight low reps...I'm confused! I know George St. Pierre will do 3 heavy pull ups with 90 lbs doubles then he goes into medicine ball slams for 10 so hes doing heavy stuff but finishing off with explosive movments!

Is this your first cycle? I like to keep reps around 6-8 but go up to 10 on some things. If you are already lean then try it out without cardio and see if you stay lean. If you don't then start it back up. You could do a 5x5 routine also.
