Starting Clen Cycle need advice etc

Hi all,

So I am 20yo, female approx 5ft4 and am 50kg. I am still not 100% happy with my body. I eat healthy, maintain an active lifestyle, go gym min 4 days per week usually 5/6 though.

When i go gym I do 30mins cardio usually 15mins on the bike interval training approx 68rpm then up to 98-110rpm for 1 min then back down to 68rpm for a min and so on so fourth, then on the treadmill i do 15mins and i choose a 6% incline and walk at 6km/ph for 1min 30 then run at 12km/ph for 1 min.

I then go and use the weights machines. On day 1 i work arms and abs with weights, day 2 i work legs and abs.

So day 1 usually consists of chest press, lat pull down, shoulder press, bent over row all these are done on the machines. I do 12reps of 27kg and 4 sets each machine.

Day 2 leg work includes hip abductor, leg press and then lunges holding a 20kg weight and jump squats holding a 5kg medicine ball. Ill do 10 reps each leg and 4 sets and approx 50 jump squats.

Ab work consists of 160 crunches on the gym ball, 100 ankle touches, 40 side crunches holding a medicine ball, 80 leg raises on a bench. This is done everyday.

However even after all this and eating healthy i still have fat on my bottom and stomach that refuses to budge.

healthy eating my day is usually the following;

wake up make a define8 grape flavour and head gym
gym
come home have a bowl of high fibre low fat cereal or usually oats with skim milk
a cup of coffee with skim milk
lunch usually 3 scrambled eggs or a piece of bbq chicken or salad
snack: muesli bar, apple or banana
dinner: protein (usually half a chicken breast) 1.5 cups veg (brocolli, carrots and zuchini steamed)
snack: coffee or tea and a biscuit

and ill drink approx 1.5l water per day

Friends of mine suggested clen so wondering what dosage and how long results usually take also if once i stop taking it will the weight pop back on? and will it eat my muscle or boobs more than anywhere else? haha
 
Hey Bec, by the sounds of things your training is on track, but I have a feeling you're not eating enough food. Even though you're only a small girl, that's not much on the menu. I'd drop the biscuits, muesli bar and fruit and substitute it for something more nutritious. You need to increase your water intake too. I'd be doubling it to at least 3L. If you HAVE to do clen, which I'd say you already have it and have probably already started, then don't go higher than 80mcg a day for someone your size. You can use it 2 weeks on, 2 off or pick yourself up an antihistamine like diphenhydramine (ebay) and have that before bed so you can run clen without a break. But, and all experienced will agree, diet rules all at the end of the day.

it will help to burn/reduce fat in those hard to reach problem areas like stomach or ass ( although some of us like a little bounce)lol

it has some catabolic effect and so if you dont do too much cardio or starve yourself you shouldnt loose too much lean muscle or shrink boobs .... i have seen the boob question asked before - maybe a female who has ran clen can add to this ...
