Starting first cycle in 2 weeks please critique

second that ... minimum 500mgs / week of testosterone

but, WHY isn't anyone telling this guy to run Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) from week 2-10 ???

first it would add another 600-900ng/dL of testosterone NATURALLY produced so your gains would be bigger

second, it would keep your nuts from shrinking or stopping (at the very least)

third, it would make recovery easier and A LOT faster - and IMPLICITLY you would keep more of your gains.

HCG from week 2 to week 10 - take last shot about 5 days AFTER your last testosterone injection. 2x/week -- 250-350IU's/injection. (can go up to 3x per week max).

Hope no-one feels I am jacking their thread but I think this relates to the discussion.

How much is 600-900ng/dL added to Test E 500mg/EW? I am like the SouthernCross28 here, I was thinking of doing only 250mg/EW but I am gonna do now 500mg/EW, I want to do Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) to keep my boys working and to recover and keep gains better. Then wherever I read about the drug gonadotrophin it states that it raises blood pressure severely and increases aromatasation, so what sort of an BP increase can one expect really? I got a pretty good stat of 120/60 standing so I am not worried, it can go up but how much might we see it increase
 
a protein shake should not be a meal substitute more like an snack... and should prob mix the shakes with water instead of milk...more chicken...more steak!!!
 
So I to see the science to designing your diets before you plan your cycle. This is how it should be done.

I'm not a fan of running 500 mg of testosterone a week on a first cycle. It is too much. It is more than your body will use and it is not leaving in a good place for a 2nd cycle. 350 mg is a much better place to start. I always recommend running Igf or Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) while on cycle and te use of an AI.

You give great advice JamyJam. Just try to not push the diet advise in the anabolic forum so much.

I dont think Dtone is persecuting you for trying to help. He just wants you to stop pushing diet advice in the Anabolic forum so much.

Usually we just recommend that a person should lower their BF% before starting a cycle to 15% or less and tell em' to check out the diet and training section of the forums...

Like newbie23 said though you can get away with running a cycle if you make sure you use an good AI....

Also Dread suggested you run Test at 350 for your first cycle.... My first cycle I ran 400mg and saw great gains.

Take everyone's advice here and come to your own decisions/conclusions... its all good....

i would have no issue with this if people were refering those who need diet advice to the diet section instead of a mod wanting to give gear advice instead.. also, an ounce of respect will take you far.. hes no one to talk to me, or anyone else here for that matter, in that way..
 
Hey guys just one more question i need some help with ( and im sure there will be plenty more, lol ) I know ive already asked this question before but have hit a snag and need some advice.

I cant get my hands on any 23g 1.5" pins to use for glutes, i have Terumo 25g 1" pins to use for delts and quads and 3cc syringes ( although don't like the idea of pinning quads ). I'm in Australia and cant find an online company to order them.

I can get non Terumo 23g 1.25" syringes and was thinking of using them for glutes? i dont have a big ass so will they be ok? or can i just use the 25g 1" for glutes as well?
