Starting HGH Cycle

Getting 5 kits, planning to use 4 IUs ED, just a question on whether to start right at 4 IUS right away, or work up to it. And what people suggest either ED for the 5 months straight or EOD. Or if Im doing ED should I take any breaks in between.

must run GH everyday for at least 6 months to see anything... and if ur running it by itself without gear u will be very disappointed bro, even if running 8iu+ per day
 
Every day, but start out slow. Don't just jump into 4 IU.

I believe the proper way to do it is to bump up to 1 more IU every few days until you start seeing sides, then back off 1 unit and use that as your ED dose.
 
I would not run the HGH every day. Just like other things we take the body does build a tolerance to HGH. Switch things up when it comes to HGH and keep your body guessing! go ED for a month then eod for the next month. You can run a 5 on 2 off for the next one and then repeat from the top. You can keep your weekly dosage the same just play around with frequency. I'm still able to reap the full rewards of HGH after many years while my buddies who run ED have had to double and triple their initial dosages from when we started.

What are your goals?
 
2-3 iu is the dose for recovery from injury or surgery, 6-8 iu is typical for BB. I was always under the impression a 5 on 2 off was the way to run HGH, but Zeek may have a point with the rotation... have to look into that one myself.

I think the thing to keep in mind here is HGH makes AAS run more efficiently and effectively. HGH alone is supposed to build muscle but really brings out definition through fat burning.

Oh yeah and I read a lot of things that say start at 3 iu and if you see NO results in a month bump it up.
 
Do more research. GH is very expensive and your goals need to be well thought and then implemented once you start. You'll definitely want to start out with lower volume closer to 2ius per day and build up from there over several weeks or as your body tolerates. If your feel tingling in your fingers or carpal tunnel type symptoms back off for few days then increase from there.

5 on 2 off is the standard however some do 3 on 1 off as well (perhaps both at different times). You'll also need to decide when to administer as most believe 4 ius or less its best to inject all in the AM. Once you go over that its better to break up into 2 shots daily. Many believe PM shots may interfere with your bodys natural HGH pulse so they recommend afternoon for their 2nd shot. If over 35 years old its make less of a difference for PM injections because your bodys naturally producing much less.

Please give us your stats, cycle history, and objective. You stated you were thinking of running for 5 months. Minimum time should be 6 months to 1 year to see results.

Im 245, 6 foot 3 inches and 24, basically I want shed pounds 2 cycles of deca/Winny,2 cycle of mast/eq and than 1 cycle of Test-P, is whats under my belt. Ive read to add an AAS with it, or even something as mild as Clen, but then Ive read taking it alone, helps with just lowering the BF and you still get noticeable results. Never used Clen before but wudnt mind adding it to the HGH.
 
3 iu ED is plenty for me, 2 months in and im seeing pumps from it, and they are wicked. obviously on test as well.

At 24 years old perhaps consider trying cleaning up your diet and increasing your cardio. Working with 3J on a personalized nutrition plan could be better first option.

GH alone will not lean you out. Diet is the only road to 6 pack abs.
 
Im eager to run GH, couple of my buddys have lost quite a bit of weight and look good off it alone. I am 24 but have a few cycles done.. and I think im done with AAS, Is it really A bad Idea at 24 to use gh? I aint growing no more, and would rather seek the benefits of looking good and getting in good shape now at this age instead of waiting till im 30 and married haha.. maybe ill start a new threat about age and gh, as theres no real definite answer on it.

The advise on hGH is all over the place when it comes to ... "what's best."

Here's what I found in the "Sticky" here at Ology - and have been following this with very good results.

This...

He told me the exact same thing what he said before....

He does 4ius of HGH at night time...on bulking cycles......on comp prep he does 6ius before bed time...

He said why would you waste your HGH during the day if at that time you don’t use it….
You only use it at night to repair and grow your muscles."

... DET's right - I'm only a couple months in and LOVE the stuff.

It makes me feel like super man - without the up's-and-down's ... "a sense of well being - and then some"

I train with one of the top competitors in China, and I can tell u first hand that even decent amateurs are running 10iu's+ per day... it's common knowledge in the bodybuilding commun that even back 5 years ago guys were already running near 20ius per day at that level... they're are just in a different league, it's their livelyhood, pays the bills to keep packing on the size

dont get me wrong im not blowing up or anything, but def shedding fat on a loose diet, gaining strength and becoming very hard.

i like it at 3, but honestly ive never ran higher so i dont know.

to run 8+ iu a day would be godly expensive....plus the numb hands i got at 4iu was nuts...cant imagine it any worse

i did gain about 15 solid pounds in 3 months on it tho

Yeah - I thought 4iu's is very low for someone like him.

I've seen examples of guy's running over 20iu's as well.

That's close to how I'm running mine.

I started at 3ui's ED for week one - then 4iu's ED for the last seven weeks - I'm now looking at 5iu's 5 on 2 off.
