Starting HRT (Test Enanthate) need advice on duration/pct/what to have on hand/calori
I've read all throughout this forum and everybody has been receiving such informative and helpful responses to their questions so I need some help and informative responses/advice/suggestions.
I'm going to speak to my physician about Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). I googled my symptoms and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is what was recommended as I most likely have low testosterone. I might as well get in the best shape possible as well as it does help muscle. Point is, I want to know if 1) A short cycle (i.e. Between 4-10 weeks) is preferred since I've read not only do you receive less sides for short cycles but the gains are better long term. And you wont have to take Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and recovery time would be quicker. Dosage: 200 mg/wk (2 separate 100mg shots during
the week for blood level). 2) Are longer cycles (i.e. 8-16 weeks) preferred for a first "cycle"? As first cycle is where the most gains are achieved. However recovery time is longer and you may lose more gains? 3) What should I have on hand for either duration of treatment? 4) What is best for post cycle therapy (pct)? 5) How should I fix my diet? Do I increase calories by a certain number as I gain weight and as I reach the end of my cycle lower them to avoid gaining fat? 6) Do I increase the intensity of my workouts PCT or lower the intensity? I want to keep as much gains as possible. 7) Can I do just one cycle and have the proper PCT so I wont have to cycle ever again? I've done quite a bit of research for some time now so I want advice from the vets. Thank you
