Sterile Abscess or Infection? Please help.

Here are some pictures of the lump. It is red and very hard and pretty big. The injection was Monday and it just started to get like this last night. Here si the thread fro earlier this morning,someone please help me.

This is last night after playing basketball,it was hurting and it was gigantic.

keep it to 1 thread per question man....but i'll answer by saying it looks like you didnt even pin your delt. if that red spot is the lump then you missed your delt completely....that could be the cause of the lump there wasnt enough muscle there to absorb all the oil maybe.

Thats the thing I did pin my delt. The lump is 3" below where I pinned at so maybe the oil seaped down or something?

And my arms arent that small man the picture obviously makes them look small im not in good lighting and the area inbetween my bicep and delt is swolen out so it reduces the definition of my delt and bicep.

I hope you are joking lol. I will relax and I'm sure I'm fine but it is most definitely not a bug bite. I appreciate everyones help. If you don't see me post on here anymore after this weekend,I just want to say it was nice chatting with everyone and to stay safe. I only wear black socks so I don't use them for said purpose. I have tissues for that and my girlfriends face,eyes,stomach,etc.

Still stand by what I said in your other thread. Looks like it just migrated, and should go away in a few weeks. I've had quad injects migrate towards the knee, and deltoid injects go both towards the rear deltoid (that hurts like a SOB) as well as towards the triceps.

Just give it time and focus on something else. The more you dwell on it, the worse it seems. Just DO NOT rub it - that makes it much worse.

Its nothing man, just a bad injection, it happens sometimes. It will go back to normal in a few days. You will know it its infected.
