Steroid to increase cardio endurance?

Can't say I've experienced the increased endurance from S4, but I'll have to pay further attention to that next time I run it. If someone can get that from S4, can't imagine what they'd get from a GW/S4 combo...

I think your overestimating the benefits, I know people whIn fact logged their s4 cycle and seen practically nothing from it. It can be beneficial at moderate doses (10-30mg based on the research), but don't go overboard.

If anything, the higher you go, the more suppressive it will be to HPTA (please dont tell me that at high doses it isnt suppressive).
There are also plenty the night vision issues (for some driving at night was completely out of the question) AND I recall reading a 2011 study on Springer showing that it caused some liver damage in 20% of the subjects. So controlling the dose is still important.

As for endurance Mega, the evidence is pretty negligible for s4, but GW-501516 seems to be very promising in this regard ;)

I'd like an article shower the very drastic number of 20% of people with liver damage. Infact I'd like any article showing its hemotoxic to the liver. A rate of liver damage at 20% noone would be using it. You'd have a 20% at injury every time of use. And I think I can estimate my results of my body.

The study was actually referring to ostarine/mk-2866, not s4 as I originally recalled:

http:// http://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s13539-011-0034-6/fulltext.html

If you read through the study properly it states that a low dose of 3mg caused an increase in concentration of the ALT enzyme in 20% of patients - a high ALT level can indicate liver damage.

There are alot of people who want to bury their heads in the sand & pretend that sarms do nothing to the liver (I suspect your one of them), this is bullshit.
Again, I admit the study refers to another sarm (my fault for having a poor memory), but the fact is there are no comprehensive studies showing s4 to have no effect on the liver either.

Point taken even to much Coca-Cola will fry your kidneys. I just knew s4 wasn't obviously as intrusive on liver values as some aas. I always use s4 during a cut cause I don't loose breath nearly as quickly. The endurance and actual benefits of ostarine I agree are not nearly as noticeable. Either way I'm glad you posted that article I didn't know that about ostarine and I'll never run it with tren or winny now.

The big worry with ostarine is just how low the dose was to cause liver damage - most guys are doing 10x the 3mg amount without having a liver profile check.

I should also mention that there is a very good reason for the lack of further studies on s4: the TOXIC effects of the metabolite M1, which binds to the occular receptor, heart & other organs.
This also explains the night vision problems that occur & suggests that there MAY be more issues associated with long term use.

Im not saying avoid s4, just make sure your educated about the potentials sides :)
