Was wondering if any of you bros on here suffer from pretty bad I.B.S and how did your cycle effect it, positive or negative? Thanks in advance for help guys.
Eat clean, and youll be aight/you might be lactose-semi lactose int.
Two things. . . Probiotic will help to a certain degree/cleanse for 2 or so months then every other month or so. Also, is it dairy/fast food?.... Some dairy goes right threw me.. Or fast food(yes rarely, or sometimes when i eat at a restraunt/esp greasy seafood, im gonna pay for it) My bodys pretty picky/food born allergies etc. . But when im on my diet. . . Im straight as an arrow!
Yes you nailed it right on. Greasy foods kill me, and I am semi-lactose int. Lately I've been doing really well on a diet of a lot of wheat bagels, boneless chicken breasts, baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, steak, greek yogurt, protein shakes mixed in water, and eggs. The eggs do mess me up if I eat them early on in the day, but when I eat em right before bed im usually alright.. Also it's very strange that when I shoot them down raw they don't mess my stomach up nowhere near as bad as when I cook them, go figure. I try to avoid most sauces, and spicy foods as well.
Then your good. . Eating like shit, going to make u pay for it. . Eating like u should be/cycling isnt going to give you more time on the toilet son
i have a pretty bad stomach as well and the doctor a couple years ago diagnosed me with mild IBS. I dont even take creatine mono any more cause i get so gassy and it goes right through me sometimes, i might try kre alkalyn at some point. most protein shakes, especially ready to drink ones go right through me, luckily ON 100% Gold Standard doesnt mess with me to bad. i used to take all kinds of supps but now i keep it simple, multi, fish oil and a good protein, sometimes l arginine.
i just started my first cycle in 6 yrs, im only on week one but so far so good, ill post back if i have any issues
Great to hear the cycle is going good so far. Are you doing a test e only cycle? Definitely keep me posted with your results.
