Go back and read about how steroids actually work. We all need to do this at times. Basically they help you utilize the nutrients you take in, so you need a lot. Also they help you recover faster so you can train harder but you have to provide the fuel.
Don't worry about gaining fat. This is where guys have issues. Trust me, I've been cycling for years, and currently weigh at least 60 pounds more than you and I can still grow off much lower doses then you are using. It took me a good amount of time to learn that I didn't need more all the time. Don't get me wrong, more gear should equal more growth but if you take gear and don't train, nothing will happen. It's the same with food, if you aren't getting enough you won't grow.
We all utilize these compounds differently. I have a friend who can look at gear and the guy starts growing. It seems like his body responds better to gear than mine does and at similar weight, I have to eat more than he does to gain.
Don't worry about eating so clean. Yes you want to be healthy and eat good foods that are nutrient dense but you also have to get enough cals and protien to provide your body with what's needed. So eat clean, and I know we make it sound like you don't ear, but you may need 4000-5000 cals a day consistently.
The best thing you could do is go to the diet forum and have the Mod, 3J, help you with your diet or click on his banner and consider hiring him to make a bulking diet for you. You would be amazed at the results you can get off cycle, let alone on a cycle. It can take some time to really figure out what you need to grow but 3J can figure this out for you and help you reach your goals, so if you want to add weight but keep abs, he can help you.
