Hey guys, wondering if you guys could offer some advice.
Before i start

age: 24
height 6'2"
224 lbs
15% BF

I've been cutting over the last few months and have reched a sticking point that i can't seem to get past.

Last summer i went on holiday, when i came back i had over indulged in booze and food and had put on a bit i was wieghing in at 107kg or 235lbs. I tidied up my diet and increased cardio and shot down from 235 to 220 in about 4 weeks i'm assuming some of that was water weight, anyway i went really strict on the run up to xmas and increased the cardio further and for some reason didn't drop a pound. I went seeking advice and was told that i had reached a sticking point and to take a week off over xmas and when i started my diet again i should drop anyway did as instructed and again didn't drop anything.

Since then i started a keto diet about 5 weeks ago and again i seem to be hovering around 220 mark.

Yesterday:

Wake up

40 mins fast apced walking on treadmill

meal 1

5 whole eggs

meal 2

200g lean mince
30g nuts

meal 3

Protein shake

meal 4

200g chicken
1tbps peanut butter

meal 5

200g Gammon
Salad

meal 6

150g chick
1 tbps peanut butter

Supps:

Folic Acid
Vitamin C
Multi Vitamin
Ephedrine
L-Carnatine

Anyway i was wondering if this was alright or i was doing something wrong as i feel like s**t, am alright in gym as i take and ephedrine before i go but the rest of the time not good at all.

I have been tempted to run a test prop and t3 cycle, i know your 1st cycle should be a single test bulking but i seem to put on muslce easily it's just getting rid of the accompanied fat that i struggle with.

Any info is greatly appreciated

Thanks alot

Mike

i mean the diet seems about right your upping your protein diet. you can take about 40grams of it every 3 hours arround.
The best bet is to do that hit the gym 5 times a week hard then do cardio AFTER weight lifting.
it should blow you up in no time naturaly
