i've been doing two-three hours of cardio every morning, it's basically a mix of walking, running and jogging, i'm wanting to have a lean and hard conditioned body right now, but my problem is i'm still a little bit soft on the sides (obliques) and and the lower abs, i guess it's more of extra skin though, any thoughts on how to get rid of them? should i keep on doing what i'm doing right now until i lose them? am i on the right track?

btw diet is all good, nothing but clean food, mostly complex carbs and whey protein.

Deadlifts.

Since ive been deadlifting my sides and ass has gotten huge. Probably not such a great idea. To tighten up the abs and lose the obliques I would fine tune your diet and keep doin the cardio. If you got access to a pool swimming will trim your waist and tighten your abs.

U say whey protein...u get protein from other sources also don't u??
I'd keep up the cardio, maybe try the elliptical machine and swimming are great from toning up. Keep the diet clean 2. Will make a huge diff. just takes a little patience.
