STILL puffy nips on nolvadex

I've been on nolvadex for over a week at 20mg a day. I'm using ltl caps. Still no reduction at all in my nips. Should I up the dosage?

I've been questioning the actual dosage amount in the caps..

I'm in post cycle therapy (pct) from a 10wk cycle of t400 from ltl. The test was nothing short of pure quality, no problems there.
All product are from a longterm reliable source. The only thing I can think of is that they are dosed low or maybe I just haven't gave the nolva enough time to work yet?

I've been taking aromasin throughout end of cycle and starting my post cycle therapy (pct). Aromasin was same brand. I could feel the effects of increased test from the aromasin but still no reduction of the puffy nips.

I'm starting to think it might just be fat deposits but my left nipple is clearly shaped different than the left, but then again I though maybe fat would deposit evenly in the chest?

dont use nolva.

exemestane (low dose) + clomid (pct) + pramipexole or cabergoline

guessing your cycle contained progestins or dht derived designer steroids (though not a necessity)

Alright. I'm just a little confused as to how using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) such as exemestane and a SERM like nolvadex is not able to treat sides from the three testosterone-esters. Also I thought dostinex was for treating prolactin related steroids? I have never used anything other than testosterone.

prolactin issues can occur with testosterone, particularly if high DHT (especially with high 3 beta hsd levels) or high E conversion (they both are factorial in impacts on the dopaminergic system, leading to exacerbated prolactin release- as well as shifts in PRLR expression) its not as common but it certainly does occur.

did you use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during cycle?

are you on any medications? (steroids can be a catalyst for other triggers and vice versa)

I started using aromasin on the second last week of my cycle because thats when the nips started to get puffy. Throughout most of the cycle I did not use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). No medications.

What is the best rout to resolve this issue, my nips have no hard tissue and they do not hurt to the touch or push. I'm guessing that's a good thing and most of this can be reversed? I won't have access to dostinex and clomid for at least two weeks, stop the nolva and continue with the aromasin?:ugh:

I would us an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to lower estrogen. nolvadex DOES NOT LOWER ESTROGEN!.
and isnt good for controlling it. (maybe while wating on an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) liek letro to get to you) but not as a sole compound.

I've been on aromasin for awhile now, and just recently introduced the nolva for the post cycle therapy (pct).

The gyno isn't getting worse but its definatly there, my left nip is out of proportion with the right! should I keep on the post cycle therapy (pct) and do some letro after? once again I won't have letro for about two weeks and my post cycle therapy (pct) is gonna be finished in three weeks.

maybe you already had gyno but did not notice due to bloat?? where you bloated?

i would still finish up post cycle therapy (pct) and then look into letro.
there are some that have used it to reverse gyno. ill see what info i can gather this week.
do a search on ussing letro to get rid of gyno.
some of it may go away some they say whats set in is there to stay unless you get it cut out.

That is a possibility. In fact I remember my younger and teenaged years having sensitive nips and I can probably safely say I had gyno as a kid. So to say I've never had gyno may not be true I might of just aggravated it a bit?

Getting it cut out is no big deal to me I'm all in for that lol its just the funding. Maybe I'll finish my post cycle therapy (pct), get some bloodwork done make sure everything is legit and then tell the doctor its interfering with my life and see what can be done from there.

JP i beleive you bro, Im just curious does nolva do anything useful? Or would one be better off never having heard of the substance?

it dosnt lower estrogen but it DO block it at some sites like nipples for EG.
its still there but its not alowed to effect some spots but its still building up. thats why i dont feel its use full. the ONLY reez i would use nolva for other then post cycle therapy (pct) is for eg. (your on cycle and all a sudden you notice your getting gyno and breast tenderness and you need to get an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like letro. BUT its going ot take 2 weeks to get to you then i would take nolva to block sites while waiting on the letro. then stert the letro and end the nolva use a week into the letro)

something liek this yes. but other then that i would not rec to use nolva liek the 10-20mg ed threw out cycle for "gyno protection" i see some doing.

remember nolvadex also has sides and is not free in this aspect.

that will generally be more expensive and usually fruitless. Few doctors have even the slightest grasp on treatment of either gynecomastia or disturbances in estrogen/prolactin within the "range".

get some clomid, continue the aromasin and you would probably be well served to add either pramipexole or cabergoline (with cabergoline tabs only- cabaser or dostinex)

Will B-6 do anything while I wait for some dostinex? I think I'll stay away from designer steroids from now on...

Well I grabbed some b6 and started 500mgED. I started yesterday and its supper time right now. By now my nips are usually puffy as shit lol and so far today, no flare ups!

Thanks alot for the helpfull advice guys, next cycle I will be more carefull to cover gyno on ALL grounds not just estrogen. Once again you guys rock!
