Still tired after 3 months of TRT

So I just started TRT back in March. My main complaint was how tired I was all the time. After 3 or 4 weeks of TRT, I suddenly had awesome energy but it only lasted for about 4 days. Can anyone provide me with some insight as to what might help or why the short improvement? I also cant seem to lose any weight. Im 40, 6ft 197lbs and 23% BF. Here are the details of what's going on...
make it to the gym a couple times a week with weights and a little cardio, on average and I eat fairly clean.. good proteins, limit carbs to veggies and fruits for the most part, and have increased intake of good fats. I am going to start lifting 3 days with cardio on 2 separate days to see if the increase in weights/ exercise help.
Labs..
February(PRE TRT)
DHEA 106.5
TSH 2.4
LH. 3.4
SHBG 36.2
TOTAL T 293
FREE T 5.5
Estradiol Sensitive 9.2

June labs
DHEA 306.5
TSH 2.69
SHBG 27
FREE T 23.4
TOTAL T 878
E Sensitive 27.2

I started on Test C at 140mg wk split into 2 doses along with .4ml hcg. After my follow up labs the doctor increased my test c to 160mg after I complained of still being fatigued. I also started .125 Armidex EOD.
Any and all help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated. If I left anything out please let me know as I'm still new to this and trying to figure everything out. Thanks

Thanks for the reply ! I have not checked into my thyroid yet. The doctor mentioned checking T3 and T4 if the new dosage didn't improve my fatigue so I guess that will be my next route.

June labs look good except for your TSH, it's indicating your thyroid may struggling. Healthy young men have TSH closer to 1.0, and above 2.5 is thought by many specialists to be a problem. TSH will continue to increase and symptoms worsen, typical doctors will tell you your thyroid is within the normal ranges, but that doesn't mean everything is fine and dandy. Otherwise you wouldn't have symptoms.

TSH can be unreliable and free thyroid hormone levels can be low when TSH is in range. Free T3 needs to be midrange or better, Free T4 mid range, Reverse T3 under 15 ng/dL. Ferritin and cortisol are important for thyroid hormone production, so check those as well. Frequently donating blood can lower ferritin, not good.

I'm getting my labs ordered today. Gave it a little longer on the new dose hoping for improvement but still no change. I will update when I have results. Thanks!

Eat cleaner and lower your BF%. You will feel better with less BF. Find something that works. Do some HIIT or train different ways. You need to put yourself in a caloric deficit to lose weight. It is Not comfortable, but your body will adjust.

I bet you will not have this potential thyroid problem, if everything was in balance.

There are SO MANY things that can cause tiredness besides low T- sleep issues, thyroid problems, adrenal fatigue, and causes nobody talks about like excessive porn/masturbation, post orgasmic illness syndrome.... lots of possibilities. You might want to look into them
