may i ask you bro. why would nolvadex inhibit your lifting/muscular gains if it is a anti-estrigen ? im confused on this one ! i mean if you have less E conversion you have more TEST. correct ? hmmmm ? i should mention the reason im asking is because a couple of times my nips have gotten hard , last night they did that after sex . wow ! so im thinking of trying some anti-E but not if its going to effect my test levels , im natuarally prone to E-conversion i suspect .

IMO, Nolvadex won't hinder your gains any noticable amount.

Just because your nips get hard, I don't think that has much to do with Estrogen levels.

Tamoxifen doesn't lower estrogen.

It's a SERM (selective estrogen receptor modulator) - selective agonist or antagonist of estrogen receptor.

It is thought to hinder gains since it lowers IGF-1, but I agree with StoneColdNTO that it won't have much impact...

HHAJDO , ok so between test cycles can you ONLY use a anti- E ? how is anti-e without being on a cycle ? will this keep the test levels up ?
