Here is a cool little read with a couple links to some interesting studies that were done. Guy's gained on average almost 1.5 lbs a week of lean mass using Test only. Thats pretty crazy.

I didn't read the article as I am on my EVO but in regards to your title...steroids do help but food makes the massive difference

word...and yes they make a difference but training and siet also makes a difference within the difference of the roids...meh...if you dont train right or eat right you might gain 15lbs on gear but if you do all those things right you might be able to pack on 30 lbs. ...big freaking difference.

Oh you mean the neg... I said tha GP gear is underdosed dogshit. Not only has Naps ripped me and my bros for more than $1k. We verified the gear is waayyy under dosed with blood work. Now if you mod a sponsored forum, you gonna get the good shit. I was told by a "mod" here @ ology that if I said anything neg about Geneza, he would ban me.

That's complete bullshit. I will talk shit about anything I believe needs to be said...now i have had a great experience with gp but if i have had a bad one I would def tell people...as I do with naps

1- Get shit for gear or preference when I do order.

2- Can t imagine a mod who d say something like that..but then..I can only speak for myself.

I agree that back when I was trying to be very large... diet, training, rest, gear and GENETICS were all essential element s for maximizing growth.

prolly just havent been around long enough to make claims like under dosed, thats all. maybe your straight up and that was your experience, but how do we know your not a mole for another supplier trying to tarnish someone's reputation for your own personal gain?

It also clears up all this talk about whether taking say 400 mg's of Test a week or taking say 700 mg's makes a difference to your overall gains. Your gains are dose related. There is a huge difference.

So my question is, if you get the same side from say 500 mg's of Test a week as you would from say a 1000 mg's a week, why not take a 1000 mg's if the gains are going to be way better and the sides are the same?

Just doing some research and trying to learn as much as possible!

There is diminishing returns as you go up. you dont double your dose and get double the gains. even so are those extra gains water?

for instance in this study, the subjects were on a controlled diet and did not workout, that way they should all grow at the same rate roughly right?

well the 300mg group gained 11.4lbs of fat free mass and the 600mg group gained 17.38.

only 6 lbs more. the higher you go, the less pounds you get per x mg.

What about cycle length. The one study where they gained 13.5 to 14 lbs was over a 10 week period.

Would this suggest that if they were to keep everything the same, but extend the duration of the study to 20 weeks the overall lean mass gained would have doubled?
 
been a forumite of Ology as long as you. I have only once hyped a specific brand name, Sciroxx. And that is b/c the gear I got was Goooood. Does Naps really need help tarnishing his rep?? Gear won't do much of anything if you don't work out and yes it technically is dose dependent but what you eat will determine your gains. I wish I could gear up never train and not force feed yet still get massive.

Wtf I have been wasting six weeks of my life. Wtf why didn't you tell me that beer and doritos will not help me on cycle jesus this is bad.....dammit:freak: I think I really blew this cycle
 
Dude, I just don't believe one can pack on 30lbs mass in one cycle. 30lbs with a year of 2 cycles and off cycle training/dieting is good goal. My .02.

Man I put on 24 lbs on a test E only 14 wk cycle ...

I am kinda a freak cause natty I can pack it on pretty easy but yeah 24 lbs in 14 wks and kept 18 of it after pct.

I just ate like a horse and worked my ass off.

Took an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during cycle so is was not water weight.
