This is fucking insane, its non stop, these three dogs never shut up. I live in a peaceful neighborhood but this has got to stop. I cant fuckin fart without them goin insane...
They've busted through the fence nearly killing our little dog once, i nearly beat them to death with a shovel but they escaped...
Cops are useless because his brothers a cop in our town. They've come out for other neighbors who call and just joke with the asshole with the dogs then leave...
We've had it out with our neighbors a couple times almost coming to blows over this bullshit. These animals will not shut the fuck up and the owners are such fuckin cowards they allow these dogs to just go nuts all day and night...
I need help, any suggestions to stop the barking aside from the obvious the old poisoning/killing of the dogs... anyone have similar problems?
I see these silent ultrasonic horns for sale be read that they dont do shit...
Im open to almost anything.
