i been dieting down to fight muay thai 4 the past 2 years from 235lbs 2around 2051bs at 510 an 10%bf and have been of the juice for 2 years as well! ive ended up with a bad break in my hand so contact sports are out of the question so all my efforts are back lifting weights and thought id bulk bak up with a gud old sus cycle but 500mg a week wasnt havin much results so i went up to 750 which i never done that much b4! ive been on now 4 8 weeks and have had gud strength gaiins but only put on 7lbs! but my shape has seen dramatic changes for the good! why wen b4 i done sus i blew up with not alot of shape and now its jus making me look alot more muscular! cud it have something to do with my matabalism changing through such intense cardio for the past few years? thanks for any input
