Doing 400 mg's of Test Suspension all in one day or one shot will almost certainly give almost anyone a bad case of serum sickness.

Oh no. i didnt take it like that. I just meant that i was thinking along the same lines as you, either syrum sickness or toxic shock or something, but i am hesitant to say something like that due to the fact that i am not a doctor. I would hate for someone on here to trust their health to someone on the pther side of a computer, who is merely guessing at what the problem is.
