Training:
OFF today...but something told me I should have went in and did something, but opted not to.
Nutrition:
*Back on IF (Intermittent Fasting 16/8), slept in today which was nice!
1:00 PM: 15 egg whites, 1 packet Apple Cinnamon Organic Instant Oatmeal, 2-3 tbsp.
Natural Organic Peanut Butter, 1 apple, 6oz Greek Yogurt, and 1 Ezekiel muffin...was very hungry!
3:00 PM: 6-8oz Ground Round, 1 whole grain bun, slice tomato & Arugula, 1 cup Chicken Salad w/breast meat, 1 corn on the cob, 1 chicken breast, ½ cup fruit (Pineapple, melon, berries)...was at my brother's house visiting and he BBQ food and such.
4:00 PM: 2 scoops Rocky Road protein, 10 oz. Almond Milk, 2 tbsp. Peanut Butter...to my dismay this would be the last thing I would eat for the remainder of the day...was called into work on an emergency water main break!!!
Mood/Feeling:
My day started out by pinning Prop and taking the day OFF the gym. It felt good to sleep in a bit with the wife considering it never EVER happens! She is working a later shift for the holiday weekend, and I am carrying the pager for my work...and got the dreaded call! At approximately 4:20 pm I got a call for a water main break at our Town Hall complex. That was when my fasting started lol as I had to work my ass off for the rest of the night and into the next morning until 10:20 am. During the evening hours I just basically drank coffee for the rest of the night and into the morning! Working for 18 hours straight and from day to night to day...messes with your head!

Aside from all of the excitement, I felt pretty damn good today! Energy levels are up, everything has tightened up pretty damn good. Feeling that Alpha Male feeling for sure lol! I can feel some aggression, and my sex drive is increasing two fold! This gear is definitely good and just finishing week #1 and feeling the way I do...I can't wait for the coming weeks!!!
