Today was the first day of the cycle!!! Excitement, apprehension, giddy like a kid at Christmas who has waited to open his presents under the tree for a month (actually longer than that lol!). I am a fortunate man to have a wife who pins me, basically because she likes to feel she is a part of the whole thing and involved***8230;so I show her and tell her everything I do.

So first thing this morning we loaded up the pins with all the beautiful gear and she pinned the Cyp and EQ into my right glute, then pinned the Prop into my right delt. Let me just say***8230;it was so smooth! I actually asked if she had pinned me she was so gentle***8230;she has not lost her touch after 5 years! I was a little apprehensive about the Prop, but same***8230;smooth with NO discomfort what so ever! All went very well for Day #1.

It was my little girls first day back to school***8230;1st grade, time is flying by! So I took her to school since my wife has to work at 7 am on Mondays, and then hit the gym afterwards. My day was quite busy due to running errands after the gym, picking up my girl from school, shopping for produce and incidentals for her back to school, her swim lessons, dinner, and I really tried to sit down and start my log, but my little girl had a rough first day back at school***8230;missed mommy and daddy***8230;so I read her a book for bedtime, and fell asleep with her lol. My meals suffered today, and I know I am going to have to make some modifications along the way. Now you probably noticed I stopped IF***8230;well, just took a break from it to see how my body will react, but am not liking the bloated feeling in my belly from eating every 3 hours so may switch back!

Today was the first workout with my new training partner, had to show him the ropes a little bit. I didn***8217;t want to intimidate him too much lol, so I kind of went about 80-90% on my weights and was showing him proper form and coaching him a bit. I felt really good, pretty strong, and kind of euphoric. Overall I felt great all day, was buried at work***8230;but better to be busy than not at all.

This morning I was feeling better, my training went really well, and my shoulders were fried when completed with the workout. I didn't feel sluggish, had some really good energy all morning up until the feed time. The past 3 days weren't right to me, so I went back to IF and it was like night and day! So I will fast for 16 hours (9 pm-1pm) and the feed for 8 hours (1pm-9pm). I need to up my food intake tomorrow, as I don't believe I hit my target macros today...calculate them after this. I am trying to at least hit 4400 calories, and that will be lean gains of 1 lb. a week. I pinned my Cyp and EQ tonight...actually the wife...and preloaded my Prop for tomorrow morning before the gym. Again my muscle feel hard and dense, a nice pumped feeling all day, back was pretty sore from Wednesday's workout which is good.

Training went strong today, even with a pulled Tricep tendon...no excuses! Tomorrow is going to be leg day and we need to really kill it tomorrow!

I know I didn't eat close enough to what I need, busy day with my parents coming to visit.

My day started out by pinning Prop and taking the day OFF the gym. It felt good to sleep in a bit with the wife considering it never EVER happens! She is working a later shift for the holiday weekend, and I am carrying the pager for my work...and got the dreaded call! At approximately 4:20 pm I got a call for a water main break at our Town Hall complex. That was when my fasting started lol as I had to work my ass off for the rest of the night and into the next morning until 10:20 am. During the evening hours I just basically drank coffee for the rest of the night and into the morning! Working for 18 hours straight and from day to night to day...messes with your head!

I can feel some aggression, and my sex drive is increasing two fold! This gear is definitely good and just finishing week #1 and feeling the way I do...I can't wait for the coming weeks!!!

Smooth as silk, no discomfort from oil, this is my 5th pin of Prop and pretty damn smooth for me. Shoulder training was brutal today, my shoulders were so pumped up that they were painful! In between each set they would be burning so deep, felt awesome…wish that pump lasted all day! Otherwise a good day, feeling Alpha Male!

Today I felt ok, I don't like taking days off the gym because it is hard for me to wake up in the mornings when I don't train first thing. My right quad where I injected the test Prop the other day is still a bit sore...I guess it forgot what it feels like to be pinned lol. That was my 5th injection of Prop and all of the other ones went so smooth, so I must have done operator error on this one and moved the pin inside or hit a vein or something...nothing some Ibuprophen and ice won't handle. Still feeling that muscle fullness, they appear more defined when looking in the mirror, and just that feeling of yeah baby!!!

Last night I also did .5mg of MT2 since I seem to be losing my nice tan, and will do .5mg for a few days and work on darkening back up. So actually wife and I both did same and she also did 2.5mg of tb500, has done wonders for her tendonitis...will be ordering enough for the two of us soon...anyway we went to bed and an hour later I had an Erection that would not go away lol! Sorry if that is TMI, but holy shit, had to wake the wife up and she was speechless . Starting to get real fun!!!

Today I felt ok, training went really well, the pumps are incredible! Felt like all my muscles were just engorged in blood...and were! My strength seems to be increasing as my lifts are getting somewhat easier and the weight is going up. Once I got to work it was chaotic, not supposed to be for a Friday, but was running around doing inspections, USA’s, checking on my projects, just typical work related duties. By the afternoon I felt like I could take a nap, just didn’t have much energy. When I came home I could have easily laid down in bed and crashed, but instead took a shot of Craze and got on the computer to do some work, update my logs, and try and be productive. I am sipping on the shake I made and it is damn tasty!!! Have to mix it in a blender, and ended up pretty thick, but it is hearty and filling me up for sure!
