I was wondering if anyone here knew anything about strongman workouts and regiments because I feel like that is the body type i fall under: BIG (6'4" 245 lbs.) strong, but not so much into looking pretty but still well defined muscles with strength behind it - i don't know if that makes sense but oh well. So if anyone could point me to a resource as to what i should eat, where to get started, regiments, ANYTHING i would greatly appreciate it. Now I'm back to the XXX section.
