Go under the knife. And it will all be gone.

Yeha...i'm 250lbs right now and have the same prob. However, i must admit i don't do much cardio at all. I'm gonna try and do more and c if i get a 6 pac.
all diet and cardio from what i know.
my diet is in check, so all i have left that i've neglected is cardio
luck

LI cardio is what i do and i stay at my MHR for at least 20 minutes. I do a combination of treadmill and eliptical. I will say that some men are just prone to viseral fat in that area, and it is the hardest fat to get rid of. Some can not get rid of it. I would at least try to do the above for a 45 minute total, 5 days ew. This with proper diet should do it. What is your age and cycle history?

27 in july, my diet is rite, I know for a fact, my training is good, I guess I should add some more Ab work, (work them harder) & more cardio I don't know how to tell MHR, how do you know when ur in the zone?

ok...but in losing all that weight did you hit the weights at all? cause that usually happens to everyone...especially people who lose a 100 pounds...thats why when im personal training someone i have them do weights, so when they cut down, they wont have to cut down quite as much...

I'm 16 years old. I'm a pretty small guy at 5'5.75" and only 118.9 pounds. I have a weights class that I started in school at the beginning of January. It has helped a lot and increased how much I love lifting weights.

I've gotten up to a 160 lb max on bench, a 60 lb curl, and doin pretty good in other things. Wish I could do more but it will all come in time.

Now, though, I am working on getting a 6 pack. I can really see my abs pushing out and they feel like rocks, yet you can't really see them a lot. I've been jogging for 2 months now. I jogged 3 miles yesterday. The running is preventing a lot of weight gain from muscle unfortunately. Yet it wont get rid of the fatty layer on my abs. I don't have a lot of fat, but it is enough to prevent my abs from showing.

I eat when I want and when I feel full I stop. Simple as that. I mainly eat what I want. I can't help but think that my diet is the only thing preventing me from getting rid of this fat layer.

Anyone have some good diet ideas that aren't extremely limited to 5 different foods and repeat every week?

sit in front of your tv, watch some home tv shopping and get those instant loose fat gadgets..lol

seriously..give it more time

6 pack looks better I think.

I figured the light-weight was because I'm so short. I could eat more but I guess I feel like I eat enough.

I'll eat a lot more protein stuffed foods and some carbs I guess but I'm still gonna run and go for this 6 pack.

Hey hooked, are you sure it's not excess skin because surgery is a possible alternative if that's the case. Also, ab work won't help you to cut the body fat. Most people don't realize that the six pack is already there. You just have to get rid of the excess body fat. Once you do that then you can really focus on sculpting your 6 pack.

And for Iron, dude you're only sixteen. Just do the normal shit that 16 year olds do, like ride the bike, play basketball, football and you should be fine.

well, most 16 year olds hit the weights, so I do too. Either that or they sit at home all day and play videogames, which I wont do. Most of them don't have visible six packs though....I'm determined to be part of the few that do.

I don't take weights extremely seriously but I like knowing that I get more respect for doing it. Plus, I enjoy working out...it's like a hobby. Running also feels good when your pissed off or u just wanna have some time to think. I enjoy the physical activity.

This diet thing that I'm attempting; when I get rid of the fatty layer covering up my abs will I be able to cut the diet and just maintain the abs I will have by running? Cuz I really only wanna do the diet until I have visible abs.

I've thought about it and I'm still going to run but I'm going to try to bulk up at the same time.

I've been trying to increase my muscle mass for a while and I have a lot. I don't want to be HUGE cuz I'm a little guy. But I do want to bulk up.

I eat when I want and I eat until I don't feel like eating. So first, do you all suggest that I force myself to keep eating? And two, do you all think that I should use more of the Whey protein called weight gainer (I use two scoops every time I do Bi's...that's it)?
