Well don't panic. Thats what I do and it never fixed anything haha. It's hard for me to tell you to defy the Dr, especially since in another thread, I responded to someones suggestion with how I wanted to obey my Dr.
Anyway, 3mg is too much. It just is. You either need to talk to him, or adjust yourself. It won't kill you, its just going to suck if you keep it up. Hell, 2mg a week put me to <3 sensitive E. I woulden't put 100% of your trust in anyone around here, just take what is said as suggestions. You can always tell the Dr when you speak again, your joints started to ache like crazy, so you researched it and decided the adex dose was way too high. If it was me, I woulden't torture myself, and I would do .25 EOD or E3D, and stick with it so you can atleast get some bloodwork. Once you pick a dose, you need to keep it for a while so things level out.
As far as the crash and coming back up... tough to say. If you are really low - it can take weeks to climb back up. I am in the same situation and its slowly creeping. I lowered dose to .25 EOD, then 2.5 E3D, now I'm less than .25 twice a week, and will likely keep droping to no adex at all. I would just lay off it for a few days, potentially longer, then come back on at a reasonable dose.
Sorry man, but there isn't one right answer.
