I agree with most; don't keep sweets in the house.
Have a protein shake loaded with splenda, unless you object to them, as some do.
Shoot no sugar whipping cream straight in your mouth.
Basically, do whatever you gotta in the least harmful way.
I've eaten low carb pretty consistently for almost 10 years and when I do want a carb treat I usually eat it before bed.
That way I can sleep through the insulin spike and won't get cravings and go on a real carb binge...
It's pretty much harm reduction as everyone will slip and we all wanna live a little...
