My gym session SUCKED today. I wasn't feelin' it...my body has been getting up at like, 0445 without an alarm...no bueno.
 
i can't do the whole morning workout thing...not my style. That am i'm not a morning person

I took some progress pics last night and was not happy at all with my leg development, so I decided to try and hit legs a wee bit hard today...

08JUL07: rest was kept to 30-60s between each set

u ever make it over that wall?

have you tried dragging sleds? Reverse sled dragging helped me get my quad development, might help with your leg progress.

(bar/15) x 2, (65/12) x 2, (75/10) x 2 - felt nice and deep...first time EVER doing front squats, felt kinda sissy with the light weight, but wanted to make sure my form was on point...
