Was definitely feeling yesterday's leg workout this morning on my run...and then the whole time at the gym this morning. Good news though - my arm wasn't bugging me so I could bench again...YAY!!!

(25/10) x 3 - kinda hurt a bit. Not too bad though...

Lateral DB raises:

DB shrugs:
65/15, 70/12, 75/12 - almost lost my grip on those last ones!

Upright BB rows:

CARDIO:
15 minutes stationary bike, post-workout.
Only pre-workout cardio I got was my run...

Max HR: 158 (80% MHR)
Avg. HR: 117 (59% MHR - this leads me to believe I was not working hard enough...too much rest in between sets/exercises! NO BUENO!)
 
After benching, my intensity took a hit...but I didn't mind too much, because I benched. My arm finally let me lift a decent amount of weight (for me, at least!)...
 
...kinda haven't worked out since Wednesday...been sleeping a helluva lot lately, too...it was weird...got up this morning ready to hit the weights again...did back...it's my favorite...OH! LD, you'll like this...one of the guys there that talks to me every so often was like, "Girl, we gotta get rid of that pink water bottle..." Hehe...=D

(185/12) x 3, 205/5 (lost my grip!), (205/10) x 2...the guy in the power rack next to me was doing about 295...was like, "I want you to lift this." So I went over there...haha...no go. I don't even think the weight moved...haha...oh well...

Felt good to get back to the gym. Really need to work on my deadlifts though, as I can remember not too long ago doing 205 for reps...*sigh*...had a nice li'l pre-workout cocktail of 8oz Accelerade + 1 scoop Shock Therapy...Definitely likin' that ST...can't wait to get my N1-T and GH Max!!

Just seems like an awful lot of sets.

Most of the time I do 3 sets of one exercise for bis and tris.

If you are talking about being strong I see alot of reps in these workouts. Strength comes with lower reps. :)

Strength comes with heavier weights...

...not trying to get strong in my arms, persay...I leave the heavy weights for my back/chest days...

I see better results with high volume for my arms, how's that?
