Tried the run again this time...still sucking wind for some reason, but it was a tad easier...did some fartleks at the end...those always make me feel good...

No post-workout cardio as I ran outta time. A girl's gotta work!

3) Be able to do pullups. Note the plural.
4) Be able to knock out pushups no problem.

No running this morning. It was hard as fuck just dragging my ass outta bed...but I had my Animal shirt on and I needed to rep it...*sigh*...pressed for time, too...so it had to be quick and as intense as I could be...I looked cute, though...haha...some guy told me, as I was walking through the gym, "You look strong." I don't just look it, motherfucker. Hah.

come up date this one more often and stop spending so much damn time over at that animal forum. theres plenty of us here who like to comment on your work outs as well.

lol, i like the animal forums, they just say i come off as arogent and a know it all. plus i may be a little harsh in some of my comments. plus i miss your posts over here. plus we like too see how your doing over here as well.
