Suggestions on Anavar

hey girls !

So my boyfriend posten yesterday for me asking questions about anavar.

but he persuaded me to create my own account, so here i am! :)

I was thinking about starting a cycle of anavar, I am going to be running it for 6-8 weeks long max of 5 mg per day.

I am 110 pounds, 5 foot 2 inches.

I am very athletic as i work out 4 times a week along with yoga 3 to four times a week.

I am looking to tighten my body in some areas ( more so my legs and stomache).

I realize the results come from hard work and proper diet, but I have heard good things about anavar and would like to know what should i expect from this cycle if i were to run it, any help would be appreciated!

Hey hun! My advice would be start with a 6weeks cycle tapering down in your 7th week. Generally you would have to start low and build up from 5mg split into 2doses. Do you do any weight training? I think if your trying to burn body fat you should be fine keeping in mind that all you need is a low carb diet and PLENTY cardio :)

Just dont forget to buy your milk thistle and your flaxseed!!

Yes, I do a lil bit of weights ! Nothing heavy though, but lots of band work! I cant wait to start my cycle ! I have heard nothing but good things about anavar!

And yes I have purchased my milk thistle and have flaxseed:)

Oh good stuff :) Id try to push some weights if i were you... would help you get that toned look that you want. Ask your bf to help you thrice a week.

Var has supressed my appetite so should do the same for you! After 1 week in my first cycle i saw amazing results body started looking more sculpted harder and i was vascular!! Only crap thing is acne, fatigue and some aggresion. But i wouldnt worry too much hey youre on a low dose and chances are you wont develop any side effects!! yay for you!

Hi Welcome Tonedlegs :wavey:

Don't be afraid to life heavy as it will really help u tone up, our lack of testosterone doesn't allow us to "bulk" up or get huge like men. Remember to keep your diet dialed in. With the proper diet/training u can achieve good results from var.
